Adventure Challenge

Adventure Challenge is the last and final academy course of the year. This course is a 5-day course and changes location every year. Everything the students have learnt throughout the year is put into the Adventure Challenge. It’s a final academy vs academy race and also finds out who the top academy is. The activities they participate in are:

• White Water Rafting
• Mountain biking
• Hiking navigation course
• Hot pools
• Fun and games
• BBQs and hāngī preparation

This is also a farewell to those students leaving to go onto their career paths and those starting their careers in the New Zealand Defence Force Army, Air Force or Navy.
